Volunteer Registrations

We’re calling for volunteers to be part of the team behind the inaugural Nimbin Fringe. Whether you’re an experienced event hand or simply keen to get involved, we welcome people from all backgrounds to help bring the festival to life. There are a range of roles available across the event, including front of house, ticketing, artist support, venue assistance, logistics and general event operations. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the community, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a diverse and creative festival environment.

Submitting a volunteer application does not guarantee placement. Roles will be allocated by the organising committee based on availability, suitability, and the operational needs of the festival. We’ll do our best to match your interests and skills with the roles available, but flexibility is appreciated. All selected volunteers will be contacted with further details closer to the event.

Acknowledgement of Country

Nimbin Fringe is held on the lands of the Widjabul Wia-bal people of the Bundjalung Nation.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this Country and pay our deep respect to Elders past and present. We recognise their continuing connection to land, water, culture and community — a connection that has existed here for tens of thousands of years.

As a festival grounded in creativity, community and cultural expression, we honour the stories, knowledge and resilience of the Widjabul Wia-bal people, and we are grateful to gather, create and celebrate on this Country.

Sovereignty was never ceded.
Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
